President Donald Trump did not entirely rule out sending Marines to quell protests erupting in Los Angeles, telling reporters the bar for approving the move is “what I think it is.”
“We’re going to have troops everywhere,” Trump replied when asked by a reporter if he planned on sending more troops to Los Angeles. “We‘re not going to let this happen to our country. We‘re not going to let our country be torn apart like it was under Biden.”
